COMMISSION
TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.

GENERAL

I do NOT allow AI/NFT use. It is STRICTLY prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.I also do NOT allow my art to be edited, traced or modified.

I have full rights of the artwork for promotion purposes.
If you do not want the commission to be uploaded in my social media, please tell me beforehand.My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.

Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service.)

PAYMENTS

Payment is made upfront in full. I won't start working until I receive payment.Payment through PayPal, Ko-fi or VGen only. If you're from Spain, Bizum is also accepted.A Complexity Fee may be applied depending on the request.

✓ Yume/fanart/ship art
✓ Simple Pokémon (I will try)❌ I WON'T draw:
☓ Animals / Furry
☓ Old and muscular people
☓ Complex armor, mechas or robots
☓ R18 (Gore / NSFW)

DOS AND DON'TS

I have the right to decline your commission for any reason.

REFUNDS

・ I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
・ You may cancel before payment is made.
・ Once payment is received, refunds are not available.
・ Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.Filing a chargeback will:
・ Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
・ Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).
・ Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.
・ Result in a formal complaint against you.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Estimated delivery time is from 2 weeks to around 1 month.
If I get into any unexpected circumstances (health, work, etc..) that may delay the time of the delivery, I'll let you know.If the commission has to be done for a certain deadline, please let me know and we can discuss it.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.I may use the artwork to:
Promote myself and my services.
Post on social media and in my portfolio.
Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).
